How are orders shipped?

Please allow up up to 3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.

Availability of products is not guaranteed.

If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email.

Buyer will receive an order confirmation when the order has been placed and a shipment confirmation with the shipping tracking number once the order has been shipped.

Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 10-14 days from the order date.

For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Batsheva is not responsible for payment of this duty and we have no control over the duties and taxes that the country imposes.

If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

All orders are shipped via FEDEX, UPS, USPS or DHL.

What are the shipping fees?

All domestic orders over $250 are shipped free of charge.

If you would like expedited shipping within the United States, the fee is $20 for express shipping (2-3 business days) and $40 for next day air.

Canada Shipping is $35.

All other International Shipping is $50.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, Apply Pay, Shop Pay, Facebook Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We are happy to exchange or refund any full price, unworn, unwashed, merchandise with tags attached within 14 days of receipt of your online order.

No refunds or exchanges are available for pre-orders, custom-made items, sample sale items, socks, hats or furniture. The are all FINAL SALE.

All sales are final on Final Sale merchandise. All other sale items may be eligible for exchange or credit and are not eligible for refund.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. We do not supply return labels.

Please contact orders@batsheva.com if you have any questions or to notify us that you would like to exchange or return an item. 

Once your return has been received, please allow 2-3 business days to process to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account.

We hold the right to deny refunds if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
