Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

Full priced items, including those purchased with a promotional code or credit are eligible for refund.
- Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Pre-orders, custom-made items, or fragrances are Final Sale.
- Socks and hats are Final Sale.

Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and import duty fees.
Once your return has been received, please allow 2-3 business days to process to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account.
We hold the right to deny refunds if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
