How are orders shipped?
Please allow up up to 3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.
Availability of products is not guaranteed.
If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.
Buyer will receive an order confirmation when the order has been placed and a shipment confirmation with the shipping tracking number once the order has been shipped.
Signature is required unless you note otherwise.
Residents of New York will pay state tax on their purchase.
Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 10-14 days from the order date.
For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside.
Batsheva is not responsible for payment of this duty.
If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
All orders are shipped via FEDEX or UPS.
What are the shipping fees?
All domestic order are shipped free of charge.
If you would like expedited shipping (2 business days) within the United States, the fee is $20.
All International Shipping is $85.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We are glad to exchange or refund any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your online order. No refunds or exchanges are available for pre-ordered or custom-made items, including the Brother Vellies collaboration. All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.
All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original packaging.
All sales are final on sale merchandise.
The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Batsheva is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
