We offer free shipping on domestic orders of $250 or more.
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.

Next Day Air: delivered within 1 business day (if ordered before 2 PM EST) ~ If orders are placed on Friday after 2PM, please note that Next Day will arrive on Tuesday unless Monday is a Bank Holiday.
Express: delivered within 2-3 business days
Economy: delivered within 5-8 business days
Standard: delivered within 7-14 business days.
NOTE: Import duty fees may apply and we have no control over the fees imposed by the country of import - if international delivery is rejected, we will deduct the cost of the customs fee from your refund.
NOTE: All sale items are Non-Refundable and returnable for exchange or store credit only.
We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.
We do not supply a return label. Customers can return via their carrier of choice.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and import duty fees, if shipping internationally.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
- Items purchased full-price or full-price with a promotional code or credit are eligible for a full refund.
- Sale merchandise is eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Pre-orders, custom-made items, or fragrances are final sale.
Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval.
- Hats and socks are final sale.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and import duty fees, if shipping from outside of the United States.
Once your return has been received, please allow 2-3 business days to process the funds back to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account.
We hold the right to deny refunds if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
