Shipping 

We offer free shipping on domestic orders of $250 or more. 

Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.

Shipping prices are marked at checkout. 

Delivery times

• Overnight domestic delivery: delivered next business day when placed before 2 PM E.S.T. 

• Express domestic delivery: delivered within 2-4 business days

• Standard domestic delivery: delivered within 3-5 business days

• International delivery: delivered within 5-7 business days. Import duty fees may apply - if an international delivery is rejected, we will deduct the cost of the custom fee from your refund. 

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

• Items must be full price, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

• Full priced items purchased with promotional code are eligible for refund.

• Pre-orders, custom-made items, or fragrances are final sale.

• Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval.

• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and import duty fees. If an international shipment is rejected by the customer, custom payments will be deducted from the refund. 

• All sales are final on sale merchandise.

Memorial Day Sale Shipping:

• Due to a high volume of orders, please allow up to 3 business days to process your order, including express shipping orders. 

Once your return has been received, please allow 2-3 business days to process to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account.

We hold the right to deny refunds if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
